The purchase also came with a haul-away service for my old washer and a basic installation service, which was a relief since I didn’t have to worry about disposing of the old unit or setting up the new one myself.
After placing the order, I received a message confirming that I would be notified of the delivery time. As promised, I got a message the day before the scheduled delivery with an estimated time window of between 10 AM and 1 PM. On October 8th, at exactly 11 AM, a large truck arrived in front of my house. Two delivery personnel quickly assessed the washer's designated spot, removed my old machine, and installed the new one. The entire process took less than 15 minutes, which was incredibly efficient and hassle-free.
Once everything was set up, I decided to run a test cycle on my new LG washer. I was immediately impressed by the speed and quietness of the spin cycle. It was almost noiseless and stayed completely stable, which was such a pleasant surprise. In conclusion, I am extremely satisfied with my purchase. The washer’s quiet, powerful performance, easy installation, and the peace of mind from the two-year warranty make this an excellent choice. Although the design didn’t fully meet my expectations, the functionality and efficiency of this washer leave little room for complaint. LG truly lives up to its reputation for quality appliances, and I couldn’t be happier with my decision.
